ENRICO (1) Attacked the line when 3rd last run at Otaki and up against a less competitive field. Will be pushing for a forward position early. Very competitive this preparation. Can fill a place in this field. SEVENAYES (11) Was found wanting late when 4th last time at Pukekura and going down in grade. Will try to take advantage of the gate. Carrying less weight this time. Needs some luck and is an each way suggestion. KOPUA (8) Was nothing special when 6th last time at Waverley but drops back to a suitable class. Shows very good closing speed. Looks to have a good chance of placing.
